Wacky Blog Tag

Hi Readers,

I found this fun-looking tag at Tasha’s blog and she tagged anyone interested in doing it, so here’s the tag:

WEIRD – The Weirdest Thing You Have Ever Read:

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan is kind of weird (in a good way) because of how the author incorporates ancient Greek monsters into modern society.

AMAZING – The Most Amazing Book That You Can’t Find Any Other Way To Describe:

Since my current favorite book is almost always changing, I will go with my all-time favorite book: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.

CRAZY – A Kind of Insane Character:

There are so many of these. In books I’ve found good insane characters and evil insane characters, so I think I’ll give one of each. Luna Lovegood and Voldemort.

KICK BUTT – Your Favorite Strong Side Character:

Isabelle Lightwood from The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare.

YING-YANG – Two Books That Are Different, But Connected Somehow:

I think two books that are eerily connected to each other despite their differences are Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas and City of Bones by Cassandra Clare.

BOOKS – The Number of Books You Have Read So Far This Year:

This year, I have read a total of about 37 new books

I don’t think I have one…

ORIGINAL – The Most Original Book Blogger Or Book Tuber You Read/Watch:

I agree with Tasha’s answer: I don’t watch Book Tubers and all book bloggers have their own unique blogs.

GIDDY – A Book That Makes You Extremely Happy:

Escape from Mr. Lemencello’s Library by Chris Grabenstein.

TICK-TOCK – A Book You Read Extremely Quick:

The Hidden Staircase by Carolyn Keene. The book is a very easy and fast read due to the writing and because you know that the antagonists will always lose.

ABRACADABRA – Your Favorite Book That Has Magic:

Without a doubt, that would be The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling.

Similar to my answer to ORIGINAL.

I tag…

Whoever is interested in doing this tag.

  1. I was reading your weird tag nominee… when I realized “OMG I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE PERCY JACKSON FRANCHISE!”

    I feel depressed right now.

It’s one of the first YA books I read and fell in love with. I think I forgot it because I didn’t have anyone to talk to it about after most of my reader friends stopped going to school and opted for home schooling.

Leo Valdez would have to be my favorite character because I enjoy his self-defense mechanism approach to humor.
